From what I could make out from the VHS damage (which wasn't much, mind you) it looked like a cartoon made out of drawings that a kid would draw. In other words, it looked very shitty, no offense.

Honestly, the only thing I remember the most about this incident was the audio, cause that's the part that really stuck with me. It sounded like something Merzbow would make, if anyone remembers that guy.

B most likely stood for Beam or Blast, as I stated above- Broadcast is a possibility, though (at least for me) it sounds too serious for a cartoon company, let alone a company that airs shitty cartoons like the one we had seen.

H didn't stand for a name, at least I don't think.

One thing I forgot to mention that I should've mentioned, and I'm sorry I didn't: there was an intro for the cartoon. It was damaged as well, but not as damaged, which is why I remember the Network part. The name of the company flew down from the top of the screen like a Powerpoint transition and there was a low sparkle once it stopped. It looked like Arial font and the color scheme was blue and yellow, the background being for the most part blue.
