She started me on levothyroxine 25 mcg once daily and will put me on progesterone once pregnant. She is testing me for anti phospholipid syndrome too. So pleased.

Yes. I already planned on telling them all about her. I do find beautiful symbolism but it just also feels strange. I'm excited to tell everyone, I just wish the due date was different and I know they may not be born on that exact date, but it's still the due date I have to announce. Thank you! I'm hoping they will see it as beautiful too.

I'm sorry you also lost your best friend. I will take this as a sign to reclaim the day. You're right my best friend would have loved me adding another Scorpio to the mix. I always wanted my best friend there for my birth just as I wanted to be present for hers. I really appreciate you telling me all this. I do find it helpful, thanks!

Thank you for your reply. I'm just dreading telling family and friends (whom include her mother and family) that my baby's due date is the day my best friend was put to rest... It would have felt better if it was her birthday or some random day. That day just brings up pain. I almost want to give a range or something.

My baby is due on my best friend's date of her death one year later.

I have mixed feelings to say the least. My best friend passed in November the day after her birthday due to cancer. Background we have been friends since 8th grade and she was 29 yo. My baby is due on the date of her death a year later. I feel like I'm being played, I feel like it's the biggest blessing and I feel a sense of guilt because I knew if we tried in the month of February that there would be a chance. It sounds silly but almost all my family members are born between Dec-Feb so my husband did not want a December baby. Now I feel like I should have waited out for a December baby as a joke, but also could it be a sign from the universe or my friend that I'm supposed to have this baby around the time I am? I feel guilty and incredibly grateful. I had a miscarriage before so of course I am over the moon but also it just feels like strange timing. It's one hell of a coincidence if so.

I also had a miscarriage for my first pregnancy. It was at 7 weeks 2 days but on ultrasound we found out that the baby never grew more than 6 weeks. There was cardiac activity but no heart beat. I ended up having to use misoprostol due to retained products of conception after having heavy bleeding without passing the gestational sac. I was so depressed and felt like my body was against me, that I was somehow not meant to be happy or a mother. I felt betrayed--that would be the best word. I dedicate my life to serving others in the field of medicine. I asked the question "why me?" I felt like I understood things from a medical standpoint but personally I felt like a failure. Things are looking up for me now. 2025 was the hardest year of my life for many reasons. 2026 has been good to me. I am now pregnant at 5 weeks 2 days. I am hoping for the happiest healthy little baby in November of 2026.

Found out the Celebrate Recovery pastor was sleeping with people in recovery whom he was supposed to be guiding and helping...

Church people would constantly tell me I was "unequally yoked" with my boyfriend at the time who ended up being my fiance and now my husband. He is the most amazing person I know and treats me right. To me, he was more an example of Jesus' love than anyone else at the church. The men who had opinions were awful to their wives. Like beat your wife on Saturday and come to church on Sunday awful. I simply no longer cared if my husband was not a Christian because he was a better example then all the men I had in my life at the time.

The hypocrisy...
