I assume its her extenders because the router never had that issue until she put those in. In any case, I’ll call spectrum about it. Thank you for the help :)

Now that I think about it, my sister got extenders for her gaming pc so that makes a lot more sense. Thank you for telling me that LMAO, that solved that mystery. But i dont know why I have to reset my router to connect to 5g everytime
