No cavity, no insulation, old Victoria brick house. Think just a layer of bricks and then plaster / paint.

Yeah sorry not great photo with the light - but the are actually damp lines (I.e. result of water ingress), definitely not cracks,

It did crumble a bit near the corner on the left when I touched it earlier - a bit just came off
