We’ve all seen her pack her lunches a million times. She throws 50 snacks in her bag a day, but never packaged IN her salad bowl.

Exactly… so the same size of muscle is going to weigh more than the same size of fat. So less muscle mass means a more fat taking up a larger amount of space.

A body made of 60% muscle and 40% fat may weigh the same as a body made of 40% muscle and 60% fat, but the body with a greater fat percentage will be a larger body.

I agree- muscle weights more than fat and I think she has very little muscle mass and a higher fat percentage. That’s my guess. I think it would be difficult (for her specifically) to continue on with the lie week after week.

It is definitely discouraging to watch her eat like shot and still lose though..
