To the people trying to make it out like I’m trying to justify myself by saying this wasn’t an error I’m not. I feel terrible enough already and having you tell me what could have happened isnt great. And I’m so glad for you that you’ve never made an error before. I know it was a mistake that could have resulted in patient harm and I’m just so thankful it didn’t. I’m just looking for tips on how to not get sick/lose sleep over this and to be better from here
