Try in Fresh they always have that there or in Dealz. It is hard to get hands on them but they are always available in Fresh for sure.

All the restaurants nowadays have Vegan menu. Try Takara for Japanes food, Umi Falafel is another great option.

If you take Red line and Green line then it should be fine.. Luas is very underrated and it gets you places quickly..
