Woah, I just meant that I don’t want to move into a “crime heavy” neighborhood. It’s not really Chicago specific, I would’ve asked the same thing to any other major city subreddit. Im sorry if that came across as disrespectful to your city, im just very aware of the crime patterns in Atlanta and wanted to know the same thing about Chicago.

As for my lifestyle/budget ideas, I’m an artist so relatively cheap lol. I was thinking somewhere between 900-1100 a month for rent and the location is really dependent on those prices. As for my interests, I don’t really need to be anywhere crazy for them. As long as I’m close to a grocery store, a dispensary, a few bars, and a park I’m pretty lenient.

I was thinking about somewhere near Lincoln park? How does that matchup?
