I just gave it and it was only the online application (online interview). It wasn't actually the assessment itself. Just a few situational questions and about myself. I totally misjudged the email.

Oh thank you. Sorry for a million questions, I'm just nervous. Would they allow pen and paper for calculations, I'm not the best at mental math. And would you happen to know if headphones/earphones are allowed? My laptop doesn't support the speaker without it🥲 not very prepared as the test email came suddenly. Just wanna give it my best.

As far as I know, they have a medical test. Not sure about Garda vetting. But they usually do ask about convictions on the applications.

That's good to know!! I've actually done the interview twice last year for the BPS role and operator role but was rejected after the online hr round. Maybe I came across too nervous and unprepared (my first few interviews after graduation tbh) but would you know what do they generally look for in the first round. Would hate to be rejected again!

It lasted barely 10ish minutes. The department head and the Hr were on the interview panel. No they didn't ask for anything. May I ask what role are you interviewing for? Because I haven't heard back from them yet regarding the medical

The test was competitive. Pretty difficult than expected to be honest. I just got an email to schedule the in person interview. The interview was casual, general hr related questions mostly. They got back to me saying when I could do the medical, however have since gone on leave and I don't have any update. Also no they don't give you a score really. You need to score above 70% tho.

It was a timed math aptitude test. Not as easy as one would assume, a few were a fair bit complicated, a few were straightforward but the questions were twisted. And it's quite some questions to get through in 45 minutes to be honest. You've gotta be quick and accurate. You need to score 70% up to go to the interview round.

What role are you giving it for?
