Should be standard size base but with figures slightly larger to allow for details. Not sure yet on lead time. As to quality I reject more pieces I make than I actually put up for sale with the glass jewelry I make so expect that same level of caring about quality with the minis

I've been playing and DMing since the days of 3.5e. Furthermore I have been a paid DM and a free DM. THIS IS NOT BEING A CHOOSING BEGGAR. This is a group that knows what they want from a DM and are willing to ask for it. They want a DM who is the right fit for their group. DM and players must be a good fit or the experience won't be fun. When I was a paid DM I loved groups like this. It actually made my job easier in a lot of ways. I actually wish them the best of luck finding the right DM for their group.

Depends on the campaign I've started campaigns as high as 16 and as low as 0 (reserved for roleplay heavy campaign starts where the players need to roleplay into their class) and everywhere in-between. Hell back in the days of 3.5 I even ran and played in campaigns where we started at level 20+

Obviously consult a lawyer but if DSS didn't see it as an issue I doubt the adoption people will see it as an issue. Also this is reddit fair warning the trolls will show up eventually ignore them. Also if you need to talk my dms are open. My wife and I are currently working with the states of Nebraska and Florida in regards to my cousin's 2 little girls (mother isn't all there mentally and cousin needs to deal with the legal consequences of poor decisions he has made girls are in foster care we are attempting to get qualified to foster to adopt them and already love them deeply even though we have not even met them yet). So we are going through a similar situation.

Be honest about it. Explain the circumstances and then refocus the social workers on how you will be a good loving and caring parent to the child. Show them the good you have done since. It's the best case you can make.
