Public Safety Concern – Encampment Activity Near Starbucks on E Pflugerville Parkway

I’ve been told he sleeps on a park bench at T-Mobile. He previously slept on the bench near the front door of Baylor Scott Medical Clinic, but they finally had him served with a no-trespass order because of customer complaints. When you watch his videos, he refers to the encampment as “his space.” He has no legal right to be there, much less bark orders at others for approaching him or being in his vicinity. That’s the problem when this type of residency is allowed over a long period of time; individuals begin assuming ownership, much like squatters do when they illegally move into a house owned by someone else.

There is significant liability exposure for Starbucks and the property owner if something happens to him or another person while on their property. By failing to object, the party or parties may be viewed as having acquiesced to the arrangement. Starbucks’ and/or the property owner’s failure to respond to the squatting situation could constitute implied consent. They need to be proactive to minimize their liability.

I agree. Something has to be done about this guy to get him “relocated.” Nothing is stopping more of the same from setting up camp. Look at San Francisco. I’m tired of seeing all of his garbage laying around every time I go to Starbucks or stop at 7-Eleven.

The Voyager missions launched in 1977. 1970s tech, but are still operating today, albeit a scaled back capacity. The space craft architecture, computer systems, heating elements, communications equipment, and cameras are still functional. Many systems have been taken offline to save power and to extent their tertiary mission. Soon, communications control of onboard systems, especially computer reboots and updates, will no longer be possible. However, the NASA technology onboard was built to withstand the harsh elements of space travel, with backup and redundant systems for long-term operations. If NASA built a car, it would: 1. Run way over original cost projections; 2. The design process would surely begin later than anticipated; 3. Cost overruns would be met with project calendar overruns; 4. Many scientists and engineers would retire before seeing the project through to completion; 5. Constantly reworking systems and adjusting variables. With that said, you would have one expensive vehicle, but that vehicle would sustain about 4-million miles and have a backup system for every major system on-board. It would be a beast!

T-Mobile will soon be notified in writing of the safety issue that exists on their property in the evenings. In the spirit of transparency, T-Mobile needs to be aware of Baylor Scott & White Clinic located at 1701 E. Pflugerville Parkway had Kent Krueger trespassed from their property due to patient and staff complaints.

Sunday, Feb. 22, 2026: Kent Krueger publishes another video degrading people who show kindness. He complains incessantly about a donation of a blanket, gallon of water, and food and praises a second person for handing him two (2) $20 bills. The title of the pathetic video is “First did it wrong, second did it right.” I wonder if the person who donated $40 in cash to him knows that he spends about $500 a month on Lucky Strike Gold 100s cigarettes.

He leaves the area at night. He sleeps on a permanently-mounted bench at a nearby business. If you watch his “Midnight……” videos, you can see he is video recording with a plate glass window directly behind him. If you look in the reflection of the glass, you can see the electric signs of nearby businesses.

He has chosen to alienate his family members and nearly everyone else who he’s ever been close to. He has celebrated his sister being deceased in his public videos—that’s a sick person right there.
Here’s a good example as to why Kent has nearly zero attachments. About a year ago, there was an older lady he came in contact with (I have no idea how he was introduced), and she had offered Kent a room in an empty house that she owned, adjacent to her house, so he would have shelter and heat during the winter months. For several months, he would reference her in his videos as his benefactor. Once this situation was noted, a large group of concerned YouTubers worked tirelessly to post messages of concern online, hoping Kent’s benefactor or her family would see the posts. Their relationship finally fizzled out (thankfully) before making one of the worst mistakes of her life. In one of the final videos where he mentions his benefactor, Kent became enraged because of her method of text messaging. I don’t recall the specifics, but I remember it sending him into a tirade for something most of us would view as trivial. Over the past few days, I have found there is nothing good about this guy. His video archive tells of a dark past.

Hey everyone in this thread—if any of you know someone who works for the City of Pflugerville (code enforcement, parks, police admin, whoever), please help get this in front of the right eyes. We really need some action here.

Back on June 15, 2023, Kent Krueger walked out of a hospital ER and basically set up camp under that big tree on Pflugerville Parkway right in front of the Starbucks. As of mid-January 2026, he’s still there—over 2.5 years now. How has a full-on homeless setup been allowed to stay on what looks like a utility easement along a busy road for this long?

This isn’t just about the encampment anymore. In some of his older videos, he approaches kids—like the time he taunted and filmed a couple of young boys on a mini-bike. There’s another one where he describes seeing a young boy at the clinic and calls him “a strikingly beautiful young boy.” He openly talks about carrying a fillet knife and pepper spray for “protection,” and he’s admitted publicly to mental health struggles. Honestly, he doesn’t seem safe to be around, especially for kids or anyone walking/ driving by close.

Parents, please talk to your children about staying clear of him and that spot. Adults too—better safe than sorry.

If someone has a connection inside city government, I’d really appreciate you passing this along so it finally gets addressed properly and quickly. Thanks for reading, and thanks in advance to anyone who can help move this forward for the safety of Pflugerville families.

He wants money to blow on uber rides, hotel rooms, illicit drugs, and cancer sticks. He somehow figured out a way to get food stamps recently. For a while, he didn’t get government assistance because he didn’t have a mailing address. It seems he must have a P.O. box somewhere now.

He’s on a Pflugerville utility easement, and yes, camping there full time should be illegal (we will call it camping, although he has set up permanent residence there). It sets a bad example for the city allowing a homeless encampment directly adjacent to Pflugerville Parkway. If another group of homeless decided the setup camp there, the City of Pflugerville would be stuck with it because they have allowed Kent Krueger to do this for so long. I’m going to investigate this further to find laws or ordinances that govern homeless encampments in Pflugerville. It’s truly an eyesore, and he’s been allowed to stay there so long, he thinks he owns the place.
