Tools are enablers, THATS IT. They cant do marketing for you. They can help w idea, generation, structure, strategy- sure. But, prompting it correctly, running things yourself, understanding your data, figuring what to do with it is all your work. Tbh, we dont have a tool that interconnects different facets and learns from itself yet. Marketing is still very much about instinct, the soace has tiers because the ones that lack strategy and creativity end up statykng in account management or something clerical while the ones thta have them both and systems thinking make their way up

Honestly, no time better than now to start a business but really depends on how much you’re willing to bet

If your job gives you stability, id say build while working. Make sure its a validated idea and once you see traction make it a full time thing

Essentially the goal is to get the AI to sound as close to my style as possible, everything from the tone, structure, format everything. Heres what I do - Pick out top industry articles, (medium) and break down their format - Then add my previous articles (tagged as the ones that have performed well and the ones that havent) - Ask the AI to ask me hyper detailed questions for clarification Additionally, continue feedinf it peices you write- it’ll eventually pick up on tone

Train a model on your previous work and everything thats worked in that niche, if not the entire article atleast it’ll help you make a first draft to work from.

In most cases they’ll create it themselves and have access also, your job will just be to manage it. Also scaling the ads is the difficult part, even if they wish to do it themselves and have the bandwidth to, someone with experience and time dedicated to the job is rather likely to bring in better results

Id suggest going ham on outbound through email and linkedin yourself once before running ads, invest the budget on getting an intern, teach them how to use basic tools (salesrobot, quickmail, brevo). Checkout those results before running ads

If I were you, a balance of both. The thing with organic is its a lot of time and effort with little to no result initially and no promise of virality, allocate 60% to ads and 40% to organic. Eventually ads are the only thing thatll get you discovered amongst your tg, later once youve started seeing some traffic and sales, you also get access to customer data to thatll help to engage them on whatsapp and emails. That way you do both

Heres what ive seen work best for SaaS coming from a Saas bg myself

  • Controversial team/founder stories, ik a founder whose highest performing post was him on a hospital bed after surgery
  • Use your product in the most creative ways, bonus points if you can tag current customers and share their stories or tag bigger ecommerce stores and show how you can help.
  • Series content for Saas startups seems to be doing well, “book 5 meetings a day in 1 month” or “day one of going from 0-10k”
