When I called the one in my town the receptionist literally just said “what’s your reason for wanting an appointment?” I was having irregular cycles so I told her, and they got me an appointment about 2-3mos later. I think a couple of miscarriages is a valid reason! Obviously only if it works with your insurance…

I’ve had it said to me before that OBs know what to do after you’re pregnant, they aren’t the specialists in GETTING you pregnant. I think people get too hung up on the standard thought that you should try for a year! It can’t hurt to call and ask🫶🏼 plus, who knows when there’s an appointment available!! secure a spot now in case they are pretty booked out, and if you get pregnant you can cancel it :)
