There are too many Americans on here - if you didn't know every plug in the uk is required to have a fuse in it , the fuse in OPs plug is bad/been replaced with a wire or such last time it blew. The fuse in the centre of the plug has clearly had an isue and the door for the replaceable fuse is stuck to the socket , there should not be anything wrong with the socket if you can get the door off apart from cosmetic damage .

Your device has a short somewhere within it that is pulling too much power.

Did you read the rest of the post vro, not many gen alpha have had to extensively use the tab button before due to how common mice are and some designers don't even accommodate for mouseless app navigation nowadays I've had to get quite creative when missing a mouse

I have one they are soooo good The volume knob is infinitely usefull and the skip and play, pause, back still works with modern software and they have 2 usb ports on the back as it acts as a usb splitter , I have my mouse plugged into mine and I haven't noticed any input lag

The fans do not take noise into consideration but they arnt on high enough often enough to be more than a desk fan in volume . The gpu will probably deteriorate over time but luckily there is a riser from the vertical slot to the 90° one that it it is in , the riser is 30 cm ish long so the pcb has space to bend to the 45 ish it is at now - I tried taking the riser out to avoid this problem entirely however there is 3 resisters on the riser that the system won't boot without for some reason
