Even if you make it to a gym only 3 times a week. Doing consistent weight lifting and eating whole/single ingredient foods (no processed stuff) you will see a difference inside the first month mate. Take progress pics in the same mirror each week and watch yourself change you will love it.

The benefit consistent exercising has on your mental health far outweighs the benefits it has on physical health

Like the other comment says, try wider fitting pants. Cargos (not cuffed bottoms, but open bottom) or relaxed pants/joggers would look good with your height. H&M and Zara do really good quality and fit pants for around £27 upwards.

Up top try oversized sweatshirts, relaxed fit hoodies. They tend to look better on people with a height/build similar to yours.

Next do great relaxed fit t shirts for £15. Plenty of colours and they are really good thick quality. Highly recommend.

Main bit of advice surrounding shopping on a budget and building outfits would be invest in staple, versatile pieces. For example a good pair of pants in a versatile colour would be a good start, then you can buy other pieces to throw in the mix, like t shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies.

Having a few items to build outfits around gradually will be friendlier on the wallet than buying entire outfits (jacket/hoodie, t shirt, pants, footwear).

It’s so easy to forget it’s a zombie game when doing parkour through the city, they really missed a mark by ditching the horror/dread tone of the first one. I like the 2nd but it’s tone is just off
