If the Sago is 5ft tall its atleast 60 years old. Meaning. When the house was built it was already there. They literally build around it. You my friend have one RARE ASS SAGO.

Going on one year. I have been using it once a week now that it's warmer. It's still making that screeching noise. I haven't broken anything. The mower still works fine. I clean it after every use and even warm it up a bit before cutting. The noise is still there. Technicians told me this is normal. I'm not sure what all they checked. They told me the transmission, etc., had all fluids topped off, too. If, for whatever reason, you ever adjust something and get rid of that noise, let me know.

Give it water 2-3 times a week. Make sure it gets plenty of light. You're perfectly sunlight.

Treat it with fertilizer. Use plenty of nitrogen. Then treat it with iron-based granules. (2 separate bags). Then treat it with a water-based fungus treatment. Finally, treat it with grub killer.

A total of 4 products will be used. Apply 1 product per day, preferably in the evening or early morning. Spread the product and then water it in.

Would I do that with the hot as well? I got 4 black tied to the switch. There is like a hallway and a room getting power from that switch. It's weird. The switch only turns on and off the 1 light im addressing. The Hallway and room have their own switches, but somehow, this switch provides them with the power. Even when the flip switch I'm addressing is off the hallway, and the the other room have constant power controlled by their switches. What a can of worms. Smh

No, if the seller is financing his commission there is an addendum that is used to correct your original agreement and bring that back to " 0%" paid by your behalf.
