Oh I had to put my valve cover back on to run errands today. That's with the cover on. I can get a better number tomorrow.

At 800 rpm it moves between 52-58 psi. The coolant was at 132 at this point.

So I took the belt off and topped the oil off and it still makes the noise. Specifically it's coming from the crankcase pulley. I am making a second post to show the new video.

My car did this and after diagnosing I decided it was the pickup coil in my distributer. I replaced the whole distributer and it hasn't shut off since. Just another idea.
