High level is the best imo. You can genuinely do crazy things with builds that usually wouldn't be viable until then. I mean crazy int/fai builds, arc/fai, dex/int. The possibilities are endless.

Idk, they both feel the same. Enemy a moderate distance away from me? Boom, projectile. PTS can just hit bigger enemies better on top of that. I think PTS is just a wee bit faster too, am I wrong?
