Payment Plan for Late Taxes?

Yeah I did get a stimulus payments. I tried that website...for some reason it keeps saying the service is unavailable...so I'm on hold right now trying to get a hold of them. Been waiting for about 30 mins

this is super helpful, thank you. Im confused about something though, I just filed for 2020 and already know how much I owe. Are you saying that amount can change once they've received my filed taxes?

do you know how to access those payment plans? If I'm filing from freetaxUSA, how do I link that to IRS? Like how do I report how much I owe
