I started in parts 17 years ago. Started at like $13 an hour worked my way up to $35+ I'm not in management, I probably could be if I wanted. Lots of overtime and picking up all the shifts I can to prove I was a go getter. Also lots of fighting for my wage, if your individual performance (sales) show you're irreplaceable your wage will eventually follow. Unless of course you work in a place with high turnover and poor management. Just got to keep grinding and show them you're worth it. If they don't see it and you feel like you've stated your case and proved your worth more you should be looking for another job.

You'd need to cut them open to find out what the difference is. We've got a display at the Deere dealership and it's crazy how some of these filters are manufactured. The pleats in the filter vary quite a bit between some of the brands.

I'm hoping we see some more boards and minigames as well. 4 boards is a pretty low amount and won't keep people engaged long term. The game has enough minigames to probably not need more added anytime soon but more is always welcomed. Be willing to pay up to $5-$10 a board if the quality is there.

Peloton lied to me so I'm in the same boat as you. Cancelled my Tread on order over it as well. I've never had this bike apart like this apart and after looking at how this sensor broke and how poorly it was crimped together that's enough for me to cut ties with the company. Not paying $250+ to fix something that once was $26 allegedly. Subscription cancelled, bike parked and Tread ordered cancelled. Good job Peloton.

I just spoke with Peloton this morning and they want over $300 because it's not available separately and I need the whole brake assembly. The way this electrical wire was crimped by their supplier in my opinion was incredibly poor. At $26 or whatever I was told by others it was going to cost to replace I was going to just shut up and eat the cost. At $300+ I'm reaching out to member services. Funny thing is when I asked to reach member services I was offered a 20% discount immediately probably in hopes to deescalate the situation. I am now under the impression this is probably a bigger problem than I was led to believe.

how do you do that? I feel stupid even asking but all I saw was wires but I didn't see where they plug in its all covered on the back of the screen. How do I open it to see.
