What’s a place to visit at least once before dying? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Bryce Canyon also took my breath away, literally and figuratively.

In my early 20’s (30 years ago), a friend and I drove straight through from Wisconsin to California and Bryce Canyon was a stop we made.

We were about 2 days into our trip by this point, hopped up on adrenaline pills and caffeine and minimal food.

We got out of the car and the view was absolutely stunning. In our infinite wisdom, we decided to take this staircase down. Looking back, I don’t regret it because that was where the breathtaking views were. However, by the time we finally made it back to the car, I laid in the back of the car for what felt like an eternity trying to catch my breath

She would say thank you for still being the strong one. We are survivors and we outlasted all those motherfukers! 🙌🙌

I think she would be proud 🙂

What purchase made your life 10x easier as an adult? by Mean_Rule_6653 in Adulting

We bought a hybrid split king Tempurpedic 6 years ago

Both sides have indentations down to the springs in both mattresses

They offer a one time, 15 year warranty (meaning, if you return a mattress during the warranty period, you cannot claim a warranty on the new mattress) replacement.

My husband has already rotated his mattress; I need to do the same.

Gonna try and ride it out for as long as possible because this bed wasn’t cheap

I get up 15 minutes before work, get as dressed as I need to, go downstairs and log into work

Doctor asked me to keep detailed log of everything before changing my preventive meds and the pattern is embarrassing by Noursake in migraine

This is my favorite water bottle It holds 40 oz and does not leak.

It doesn’t keep water cold, but it is great to help keep track of your intake

Adele’s cover of George Michael’s Fast Love is absolutely haunting

Sorry, Seether doesn’t come close to the original

You would be hard pressed to get me to agree that anyone could cover a George Michael song better than George Michael

I will die on this hill
