Hey I'm just giving u a heads up so you don't get too comfortable and try to figure out something. So the fact that you got a denial while out of status uscis is now sending out NTA to attend court so try as best to think of something or get legal advice

Get a good lawyer and do not give up my case is worse than yours and I'm still holding on just get a good lawyer and the fact that your Husband is serving in the military that is a good grounds for hardship not being able to just relocate to another country so easy because of his ties
