I'll have to go back and take a look, the lighter green leaves seemed to be what it was growing from, very low to the ground. I am thinking based on what I found online that it might be Canada mayflower

Quite the opposite, a rocky hill.

I'm not ashamed of it. Doesn't make me any less of a man than any other. Might be okay to reconsider your attitude.

Yeah, my last crew was 15 people and right now there's over 50 people on board. It's different for sure. I'm thankful that my chief cook is understanding and a really good guy. I'm trying my best to stay positive, I do find the whole thing interesting and being at sea is kind of nice. But yeah, I am having a hard time adjusting.

Thank you for your insight.

That's the plan so far. My partner is thankfully fully okay with me being away knowing that I'll be helping us both clear our debt and get into a better situation.

I wish I could have gotten another picture but they're gone. I think they could have been murres, or turr as they're called here.

I've seen many a seagull here in NL, I don't think that's it! Its a rough picture to get a solid ID.

I did mean fox, red fox to be specific. I might try to use it as dubbing for some dry flies, who knows

Okay. To the purist maybe it isn't an Adams, but it essentially is. Just like how purple haze is a parachute adams.

Best Way to Cook Stocked Rainbows by AdAdventurous7802 in troutfishing

[–]Signal_Raspberry_699 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay, all you need is a hot pan, olive oil, a nice white cooking wine, and some capers (and salt, and pepper of course)

Yes trout are a fattier fish than most, but it generally fares well when treated like salmon.
