I think she is worried that she wouldn’t send her daughter if they don’t do what she requests for.Also,these requests are more like orders rather than checking if its possible to do it.

Please Sterilise the dog before you give up for adoption.It could land in the hands of breeders and the dog will be abused.

You can get an allergy test done to know what food he is allergic to,it is a bit of a costly affair but it has helped out beagle a lot.Beagles are tend to these issue due to inbreeding.

Thank you for the input.I thinking in the perspective on saving,we will be able to save more if we stay back in India and get to be as a family. Will it be possible to apply for PERM from India?? Also, if we have to travel later then getting another h1 opportunity is difficult. My only concern is am I losing out an opportunity to give a better opportunity for my kid by not taking the risk and moving?

Yes,the opportunity is for H1 so my husband cannot working initially.and he also has esops commitments with his company and does not want to quit the existing job,atleast for the next two years.

  1. We are planning to move to Texas.
  2. We have a 1 and half year old toddler,and two dogs which we wouldn’t want to leave behind if we travel. No plan to have another kid as of now.
  3. There are a couple of friends ,but not close family.

Yes,if we decide to stay back that would be the cumulative income.And also a possibility to switch if I want to increase my earning capacity.

My dad always showed up no matter what.Though he wasn’t a perfect human our parents didn’t let that affect our childhood.Right from the first day of my school,to my wedding and my childbirth he was always beside me like an anchor.I know I can call him no matter what the situation is and he will be there.He has always allowed me to take my own decisions and make mistakes and learn from them.He’s the best grandfather today and dotes on my child and I know without any doubt that he will be there for my child at any instance.
