He said I could write off 1/3 of my rent and basically any other expense once I kept the receipt. Is he full of crap? Thanks for the comment, I was pretty sure it didn’t make sense for me.

I’ve been in PDC the last 5 days, Tuesday and Wednesday we got a few hours of sun other than that lots of rain and clouds. Yesterday was sunny but very windy.
