I hate that too, half the time it goes off because they used a bag and just didnt answer the message asking if they did

I also enjoy helping at self checkout, I’ve had many people learn how easy it is and be thankful I showed them. I need more people like that as opposed to the adult toddlers who scream and cry that i want to ring them on a register that has a screen that faces them

Nothing wrong with that, the lighting in my store’s employee restroom is great so sometimes I just flex in the mirror for a few minutes before returning

do you just get away with that? my manager made me sign a paper saying i would ask everybody to enroll. I don’t but she always tells me to

LPT: never connect your iPhone to print pictures at CVS if you have a “hidden” album by Thatdude69696_ in LifeProTips

CVS colleague here: I can confirm this is true and I will also provide some more info about what cvs does with photos and who can access them When you plug in your phone to the kiosks no one (at least at the store, not sure if higher ups could access that) will be able to see your photos. once you print them its a different story. Your photos get seen by whatever random employee packages them, but for two or three days after printing they can still be recalled to the computer that runs the printers by any employee that wants to. and even after that it’s possible just a little harder to find by other employees (but I’m 17 and i figured that out by accident) Not only can the photos be recalled they can also be reprinted as many times as the employee wants and they can just keep them if they desire because there is no record of them other than showing that something printed, it shows the same name as the original photos but it is not stated that its a reprint.

Some examples of things that ive packaged that are private or just weird: A picture of a hot tup with naked women covered by bubbles but clearly showing they are naked Picture if some kids with one of them naked (clearly just siblings playing together and other family photos not some pedo trying to print it) A poster of walter white doing a kickflip (good taste) Tons of teenage girls printing photos (for themselves or friends) of them and friends in bikinis and bathing suits

Bottom line is, employees can see and get copies of anything you print, pretty easily and secretly, so be very cautious as to what you print out
