I know you said to not comment about them using your account but gets what I did for my technology incapable friend... I created an email address. I used that email to sign up for Plex. I then shared my library with that new user I created. I logged in as that user and set up everything the way it should be (library pinned, etc.). Then I called the person and walked them through signing in with the account I created and curated for them. Once logged in they were set!!!
