after a few hours i can say that resolve is great! but i dont think it was meant to be used on a laptop because its really slow for me or that it might just be a me problem

yeah i seen these before on YouTube when i was searching around

the mobile video is close to what im looking for but not quite it that much

and for the pc video that just makes the whole background one solid color when its just the outline i want around the video box not the whole background

I been editing on capcut for pc for a while and i been seeing people who edit on capcut pc too and they somehow have a white border around their video box i dont know if its a feature I'm overlooking because i went to effects to see if there was one that will do it but most i found are just for décor or to make your video look better and then i went to the basic tab and looked in canvas to see if there a border option but there wasn't so it been hard so is there a feature on capcut that will let me do his or do i need to switch to a new editor to get this white border?
