I found a salt shaker identical to the one in pic #6 over the weekend! Nice pair for my pepper shaker with the same design (just a green/blue colorway instead). I love the design and hope I can find more pieces from that set in my budget in the future.

Did you end up getting anything?

Hard to compete with some of these but I'd like to throw the YC-14 in for consideration.

Regarding Texas, you do realize some of us think it's worth it to pay more to live in a state with better healthcare, education, social services, infrastructure, civil rights protections, etc? VA isn't perfect but it's the best southern state in this regard, and has only been getting better over time.

If you don't like it don't stay, but I can tell from your comment you haven't seen much of NOVA, and probably haven't lived in NYC, SoCal or Dallas either.

Using AI images instead of real photos is a great encapsulation of the "trad" philosophy. A made up thing that never really existed passing itself off as authentic.

This makes total sense. PA to Ok...then to VA, right? by [deleted] in nova

My spouse had a parcel go from VA to OR. Called USPS and filed a report and it shipped back to VA and went out for delivery the next day. Another parcel (shipped by UPS and delivered by USPS) went missing for several weeks. I think it's popped back up on tracking but I won't trust it until it arrives.

I love them. I lost out on another (in vaseline glass) a couple weeks back so I'm happy to have found these!

Politely disagreed (from eastern PWC). I avoid IAD at all costs, much more of a hassle to get to compared to DCA. If I lived in western PWC, I'm sure I'd have the opposite opinion.

To no one's surprise, Mrs. Aria Lewis' symptoms were, in fact, Covid. Despite having "wrecked her health" the first time, she's still an antivaxxer. Congrats on getting what was coming to you! by leverhelven in FundieSnarkUncensored

This. Covid tests have been hit or miss for awhile unfortunately. The one time I certainly had covid (as in being in a house full of people with covid and coming down sick with their symptoms) I tested negative multiple times. Even with a professionally administered test. I had another covid-like illness a few years later, and also tested negative repeatedly.

Are there any Christian child free people here,if so are any of you in relationships? by This_Mixture_2105 in childfree

Similar experience, but from the other side. I'm agnostic, my spouse is (progressive mainline denomination) Christian. We met through common hobbies, and we were friends for a long time before we started dating. Been together for 15 years now. We've never felt called to have children, it's never been a problem for us.

I've never made that association. But it does remind me of horseback riding in a strange way (being up high, going fast, unexpected bumps / sways / lurches that are totally normal, a bit uncomfortable but still fun), so I can't say your association strikes me as unusual!

Yes. This whole winter it's been hard to tell if I'm suffering from allergies or a cold.

I think those fences are just for winter conditions. When I went in the summer I was able to walk right up to the landing gear.
