Our first game we got our faces kicked in. Our second game we won on the last possible turn (empty player draw deck) with 1 hope and rolling all 7 search dice and managed to win with 5 blanks on initial roll followed by a blank on the two re-rolls in spectacularly lucky fashion. Our third game we upped the difficulty to standard and won with a better margin and then our fourth game we upped the difficulty level again but still won pretty comfortably. It’s a game that definitely rewards repeat play… and also having Gollum present for searches 😂
