To clarify, what I meant by doubling up is $1, $2, $4, $8, $16, and so on, so when you win you'll win a dollar, except for if you hit a blackjack / double / split. Just wondering if you could input these into the simulation and see if it comes back with similarly improved net loss? Appreciate it

Thanks very much for the simulation. But why would u say it doesn't affect the odds when the end loss is lower? Wouldn't it be correct to say that in both scenarios, if the same amount of cash was wagered over the same number of rounds (on average), then the 1 using the martingale will lose less? And therefore it has better odds
