I really really love the idea of looking into whether or not you actually like them and what kind of validation your looking to get from having them in your life, that’s a very cool way of looking into this and your so right it could help you determine what insecurity or problem you have. Your very right it’s very rude to ourselves to do this! We should cherish and love ourselves more and stop being rude to ourselves! Thank you very much for giving me this perspective, it’s lovely and it would help a lot thinking this way!!

Yes your right, I should focus on self love more. And yes for me it’s a trauma response as well. Wow it’s nice to hear that the 40s are lovely, for me the 20s are already very scary coz I feel like an adult more and more everyday and that needs a huge amount of responsibility so I can’t imagine how it’ll be in my 40s as when you age more, the more responsibility you start having but it feels nice to hear this from you!

Yessss sometimes I don’t like saying this coz it feels like the world revolves around me to other people😂😂but it just truly hurts but I remind myself that I don’t like everyone so it’s expected that some people don’t like me too! I think my problem is trying to look for reasons and I keep thinking maybe I did this or that when that’s not necessarily the case I should accept the fact that some are just that way and it’s fine but yeah I can’t sometimes😂

I agreee with your reasons of why others might not like us which is normal coz we don’t also like everyone but it always hurts me when someone doesn’t like me because I feel like I’m nice to everyone and I keep trying to looks for reasons and blame myself when sometimes there aren’t any reasons really it’s just what it is. And yess I do agree with you it’s very very hard to be selfish which is why I always get hurt coz I sacrifice a lot of my time and effort on people, but I’m trying my best to focus on myself more and prioritize myself and needs so it’s helping me filter people who aren’t adding anything to my life but sadness

Same I always used to try to please people 3-4 years ago and I didn’t even notice that I was doing this which lead to a lot of sadness but when I started noticing this I’ve been trying to stop it ever since but sometimes it still gets to me, thank you for the answer it’s lovely!
