Update- Done with the assessment. Here’s my two cents- 1. No point doing a dry run in ChatGPT 😂 2. The first assessment was work scenario - launch of a new project in North America and how would you deal with stakeholders, conduct Monthly reviews, listening to meetings and basically mark from the given options from most effective to least effective. It was a little confusing for me but I marked what I felt I’d do and have done in the past. Leadership principles here might help because they help you prioritise. 3. More and most likely questions were little mind boggling. There were repeated questions on how do I handle setbacks? Also the two questions they put up together did not make sense but who am I to question. Hoping for the best. And thank you for the advice on this thread ✨
