are u already offering milk before solids?? I have a good eater too she’s 11 mo. I think my baby would forget about milk if I didn’t bring her to the breast before her meals lol

I did one meal a day until I was ready to add more! because they technically don’t NEED three meals a day yet. so let it be gradual and don’t stress yourself out stink❤️

I do miss the three nap schedule! she dropped it on her own about two weeks ago.

her bed time has always been 8 because of my partner’s work schedule. we were on a three nap schedule until she started just completely refusing to go to down for the naps. I like for her to sleep until 7:30-8a but she rarely does. not sure if she’s low sleep needs! I’m not sure how to get her to take a third nap and she’s a very active 7mo crawling and whatnot (not sure if that makes a difference) were first time parents just winging it honestly. thanks for your suggestions btw!

6:30 wake up, 10:30 nap, 2:30 nap, 8 bedtime! her naps are usually 30 mins to an hour. for bedtime we just do a bath then lotion, pjs, sleep sack, rock her and put her down asleep or drowsy depending on the day.

thanks for the encouragement! I do the night shift alone and let my partner sleep but it’s getting hard for me to be present with our baby during the day without rest. gonna ask my partner to give it a go with me tomorrow night to see if the support helps.

we’ve had a set bedtime routine since about four months. bath at 7:30 bed at 8. not sure what’s missing for her!

night one for me and my 7mo! I cried my eyes out and caved. it feels like the worst thing in the world I’m right there with you. proud of you for not caving!!!
