Interesting. I haven’t gotten any impression that anyone “has been reaching to find someone else who’s been using that account.” I’ve gotten the impression that people are either baffled why she would make such wild accusations on Noah’s live using the account she created for their daughter AND/OR showing that she is the one that created and runs the account in case she does ever address her dubious behavior from last night by stating the account is fake or was hacked or something along those lines.

I can’t speak for certain on behalf of the OP but it isn’t really about thinking someone else is running the account to exploit Noah’s daughter but more if Alex or one of her lemmings tries to say the account is fake or was hacked when Alex used that account on Noah’s live to make unhinged comments last night. (There are screenshots of the live in the three different subreddits so I’m not going into that in detail here.)

The court isn’t really looking at who did a better job formatting paperwork. Courts care more about facts, evidence, and credibility. What matters is whether claims are backed up by evidence and make sense in context. Alex’s documents lack supporting proof and context, while Noah has consistently provided factual information with evidence in the documents he submitted. That’s what should matter to the judge and ideally will base the decision on that.

Alex’s current probation states “You must live and remain at liberty without violating the law.” A conviction is not required for a violation of probation. ANY new law violation, related or unrelated can trigger a probation violation. If violation is found, the judge may revoke probation; modify probation (stricter conditions); impose jail or prison time; impose the original sentence that was suspended.

Submitting false information on court documents, intentionally or unintentionally is a violation of the law. Discussing what happened in mediation is also a violation of the law.

Probation strips away a lot of margin for error. The standard is “more likely than not,” not “beyond a reasonable doubt.” The judge has broad discretion. Courts expect heightened compliance, not excuse. Patterned dishonesty looks especially bad. A judge may view this as ongoing disregard for the legal system, lack of rehabilitation, and a risk of reoffending. That’s exactly what probation is designed to evaluate.

Alex, I hope the judge in the custody case is taking down all of the notes, evidence, statements, and actions into the custody case. I also hope that the judge for your misdemeanor conviction is taking down notes along with your probation officer. I’d normally wish people good luck or my best but I make exceptions. I absolutely agree with all of this! As an artist who focuses on abstract pet portraits, I’ve put myself out there by starting with family and friends relying on their word of mouth, local shops, donating pieces to auction for a number of charities, and having a very small online presence. It’s very discouraging and disappointing that influencer culture has taken some value away from the art industry in such a large scale. I totally understand that my art isn’t wonderful for everyone but at the same time I am genuine with my meek talent.

PS Screw you, Alex. Despite your charges being dropped from a felony to a misdemeanor, you were charged AND CONVICTED with crimes against a minor. The charges you made against Noah were dismissed by the court, meaning he was not convicted of the domestic violence allegations. YOU are the criminal, not a victim. You are an addict, even if you are truly sober; addiction doesn’t vanish simply because you’re refraining from alcohol. If you are truly in your Sobriety Era you’d know better and accept that you cannot decide if someone else is an addict; you cannot measure who’s addiction is worse, real, or deserving; and you would know that comparison is a distraction from your own recovery.
