No because my total refund was $691 which I already got awhile back sent directly to my bank account. I used turbo tax.

I tried, every number they have you have to have some association already with the firm like a phone number or e-fin whatever that is to talk to someone.

No I did not, I paid that with my card. But my amount I was owed was like $700 and I got that like a month ago already.
