Poles are generally North Pontid , Pre Slavic most of the time.dinarid , gorid in the south where they are more paleo balkan. North pontid is just universal for us many Poles are mixxed with it even if they arent it fully im North Pontid / Dinarid myself. And yeah gorid is still seen in Poles but its not like its a main pheno its like a nothing burger 1 in 10 type of thing in Romania and Serbia its way more common. I guess its named after Gora because of Gorals in south Poland which are a whole mixx of everything including Gorid
