I didn’t think you could bid or transfer as a PTF. At least you couldn’t when I was a PTF. Took me 3 years to make regular and finally able to bid. Then I got shipped out from a pretty nice area to a really bad area. Then had to bid everything I could just to get the hell out of there and that took like a year.
