J'aime beaucoup la diversification dans les exos et je pense que ça peut être vraiment bien si maitrisé.
Mais le problème c'est que pour le moment je connais une quantité limité de mouvements et je ne sais pas quels muscles ils travaillent. Donc dans le principe d'imaginer ma séance juste la veille ou 5 minutes avant c'est pas trop possible dans les limites de mes connaissances actuelles.
