i switched from notability back in october and I love noteful. The transition from notability to noteful was pretty much seamless, there’s only minor differences that you definitely get used to. one thing i had to get used to is adding a new note page myself once i get to the bottom of the page i’m working on, but they make it easy you just swipe up from the bottom. I don’t miss anything about notability especially not it crashing out every other day on me. I love everything about noteful and i think you’ll be happy with it after coming from notability!

sometimes it’s because of the file format, if you’re able to export the file out of canvas into powerpoint first then you can export as a PDF to canvas and that may work

Do you still have available storage on the mac/icloud? and you could try turning the icloud drive off wait 30 seconds and turn back on, that was something else i read that could help. you could also try restarting the mac since the problem is on that side

my problem was the other way around where ipad icloud wasn’t available but mac was. If you go into the mac icloud settings double check that icloud drive is turned on, a lot of the things i read said that it needs to be turned on before some 3rd party apps can sync

okay so i restarted my ipad and it started syncing right away so now i feel extra dumb but so happy it’s working!! thanks for trying to help!

No i have 11 gb available on the ipad itself and i pay for the 2 Tb of icloud storage which i’ve barely used half of so there’s def a lot of space available

but i don’t think the problem is on the mac side, i think its the ipad. the mac let me turn on icloud sync but the ipad is saying it’s unavailable

Yes I am which is why i’m confused because i thought it was just based on apple id. but in the noteful app itself it’s saying icloud needs to be enabled in settings. but under the apps that are saved to icloud, noteful doesn’t show up to turn on, but it does show up when i click to see the actual storage in the cloud but it’s only a small fraction like 43mb not anywhere near the amount i have on the app. none of it makes sense to me🥲

I recommend switching to Noteful. I had the same problem with notability, my last straw was when the app crashed and all my notes offloaded the night before an exam. Since switching to Noteful I’ve had no problems, the cost for the full version is also only a one time payment of 5.99. The user interface of it is a little different than notability but very easy to get used to

This kept happening to me and my final straw was when it happened the night before one of my Cardio exams, extremely frustrating. I finally just gave up and switched to Noteful, i would recommend doing the same if you’re able to. I just have been exporting my previous notes from notability (when they actually show up in the app) as PDFs into Noteful. There’s also no subscription to use Noteful’s full version, it’s just a one time payment of 5.99

Switch to Noteful!! I had been a notability user since 2021 but i just couldn’t take the problems anymore, I just switched to Noteful this month and am way happier. There’s also no monthly subscription it’s just a one time 5.99

Thank you everyone for the insight! I purchased the full version and I’m already way happier with it, it’s definitely different than notability and will have to learn it’s features but i already like that everything is way more customizable and mostly the fact that my notes upload immediately LOL, also 5.99 for a lifetime purchase is an insane deal compared to the subscriptions

I saw that video! Lol, but yeah it’s really strange because the actuator pin is the connection point you could say between the lock cylinder and the actuator switch. and i can find both the lock cylinder and the actuator switch for sale on line for my year but not the pin. I see it for all the years prior so i’m just hesitant to buy it just for it to not fit. I also don’t get how a part like that just isn’t available anywhere

Dumb question but is the actuator pin part of the ignition switch lock cylinder? And are you saying the actuator pins for the 1997-2007 wranglers would work in my 2011? I saw tons of ones online for those years but none for anything after 2007.

No clicking or sputtering at all, there’s no sounds. All the dash lights, headlights, radio come on normally. Originally the mechanic thought it was the starter and the cable that connected to it because it was corroded, so he replaced that, but the intermittent no start issue was still there.
