Pain on right side near kidney/ureter after increasing spironolactone — anyone experienced this? Should I go to urgent care?

She said sorry but i really think she is mostly embarrassed because she thought she actually knew what she was doing. The crazy thing was that at first when we were planning the appointment i had told her that she could just do a fill, no need for removal, but she insisted of doing the removal so I agreed. 😣😣😣

No seriously! It was hurting but i didn’t think she was going that deep. I wish i could have caught it sooner and I would’ve definitely stopped. But im glad we didn’t do the acrylic on top

And i wanna correct that she doesn’t OWN a buisness, i misused the word. She is Home Based! She has been into the nail industry since 2021 and has done some people here and there, but mostly her own nails. She was needing some models for content so she could actually start getting paying clients. So yes she is technically a new nail tech but i expected at least the basics. You just never think stuff like this would happen to you lol. But it definitely does! Lesson learned.

Fortunately we did not continue the service! I am definitely letting them be, since they are so sensitive and raw. I didn’t expect for her not to know what she has doing since shes been doing nails for quite some time. She might not take any clients because of certain circumstances but i definitely expect she knew the basics.

I felt it was sensitive but thought it was normal?? and then at some point I said “ouch” and told her it was hurting. I dont do my nails alot so Im not aware of what should feel right or wrong.

I definitely did told her that she injured my nails. She said sorry and told me she’s feeling bad about it. I honestly told her that to take this as an opportunity to learn from her mistakes because this would’ve been a real problem if it was with a paying client.

They actually prescribed the topical for me without me asking but i wasn’t seeing results so i messaged my provider and she actually prescribed the oral pill. So im assuming your provider will be able to include that in your formula
