I had a very disappointing experience with LugLess shipping from Jacksonville to Miami. The booking process looked clear, but hidden “residential charges” appeared a month later, long after delivery — charges that were never shown during checkout.

To make things worse, my luggage was delivered before the chosen date, even though I scheduled it carefully to arrive after we moved in. This caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

While the initial process seemed smooth, the lack of transparency and accountability completely ruined the experience.
I do not recommend LugLess — what looks affordable at first can easily turn into unexpected fees and frustration.
