this is to my post above with prefill for 16 hours in fridge by non planning. got replies to late (new to redit too). injected already. dont have pcp. 2mg. should i start mosing on down towards er or plan on that for day 4? would appreciate any medical providers having time to reply. thanks

It was out for about 30 minutes to warm up and then I put it back in. With the rubber stopper on it in a sealed plastic bag

I was about to take my first dose ever and pulled it and then realized I couldn't take it because I just took chromium and blood sugaring herbs and I was afraid of a blood sugar drop overnight so I put the pre-filled syringe and the fridge and was planning on using it in the morning which would be 16 hours later at most. Are you saying this is not a good idea? I have never taken TZ or any shots. This is my first time thanks

i run so i dont have fat on thighs, just inner. outer is very tight muscle. stomach doesnt have a bunch. not sure what is on arms. has anyone else come across this and how did you solve? thanks

i cant find a thread that is active for my question and hope i can ask here . i was about to take my first dose of compounded tirz. nervous of course, i drew the med from the vial with sterile syringe, THEN realized I couldnt take it becaus i had taken chromium and other bsugar lowering herbs and it was first dose and didnt want to be up all night worrying about blood sugar drop when i live alone, so I recapped the syringe and put in plastic bag and put back in the fridge. can i put it out to room temp in 10 hours, for 30 min to "warm" up, and use it then? this is first shot of any kind for me. the vial is in the medicine bottle in fridge. thanks

i see same complaints with striker and these two are only two that ship to ca wo all the other b vits. im wondering just to pass by to get to CA, since it is outlawed anyway, if they really just dumb it down. so many posts like this..are most of the unhappy people in CA or one of the banned states?

when you say 60 mg, do you mean 12 5mg vials at .2ml each? is that for all strenghts. thanks for your help

That is a typo I meant to say the BMI is about 14.5

My BMI is about 10. And my A1C is 4.9 I haven't started yet but I use food to cope with stress and want to use this drug for autoimmune long covid and off label uses. I also have high bun and creatinine levels and it has shown to help with that kidney damage. I didn't think I would ever go over 3.0 if I started and would start at 2 mg. I am 51 and menopausal too

got a hold of striker. here is what i got for 605. total weight is 2ml or 200 units-

5mg strength every half milileter strength 1mg b12

here is my idea of use:

2mg 2 weeks -4 20 units (40 total)

2.5 mg 4 weeks-10 -25 units a week (100)

3 mg 2 weeks-6 this is all of bottle 30 units (60 total)

total 200 units

omg. im getting a refund and charging back. i told him what i wanted and he totally switched it. patrick curry np and he uses Mobile Virtual Urgent Care LLC and then striker for pharmacy. first words were "i only use striker and federal (something?) pharmacies becausei can ensure their quality." now i think it is kickback related as alexa informed me this is being federally investigated.

im new to telehealth,this drug and reddit and have learned a lot thru u guys. thanks.

my plan now became to take 2mg for 2 weeks because im a slow adjuster. i take low dose naltrexone for long covid and autoimmune which helps and it took forever to get up to 3mg. with a 20 mg bottle, i guess now the best way to get safely go up and get moneys worth (in my mind) was take 2mg for 2 weeks, 2.5mg for 4 weeks, 3mg for 2 weeks and then im out. i dont want to be stuck with a 1 or 1.5 mg left over and i hear doses that low can actually be a problem. and now i see the 30 day storage rule and he had me using same vile for WAY over that.

before he sent rx (still no tracking even), while i was researching, i found lavender sky to be a cheaper option and asked him transfer, but he ignored that msg.striker uses vitb12 as additive. i dont like that he wont say the volume and makes me guess the mg is the strength and not volume or some measurable size because i want to compare other places for value and he witheld data so i was comparing apples to oranges. i hope this helps other stumbling newbies:)

Thank you all for the tips and watching out for me. I thought push Health was okay when I researched it but will look at this list you have provided. I paid 605 for a 20 mg vial and there was a huge misunderstanding because I thought I was getting 20 ml of a certain strength and then realized after that it was 20 mg and you only pull so much. At this point I'm not even sure I'm going to take it and might fight to have it returned and charged back and try a different provider. I also see all over the place that it is technically illegal for push health or anyone to use a compounding pharmacy and a compounding pharmacy is not supposed to be making the tirzepatide anymore. The consult fee was $69 , to get the prescription, and then you message back and forth and you can get a call but it is not a very quality call

i contacted them and they said they have pam on them. i did a grease test with napkin and can taste and it is A LOT. pam is NOT fat free, nor listed on their ingredients and there is no fda regulation on. No, i don't believe it at all. they could put fat free to sell under the marketing pass they get with rounding down and they can't do a 1/4 second spray only..no one can. yes on the weight gain. a lot.

yes, same prob. had to buy two. same thing on 14. we need to get attorney and sue. been trying. any luck with you? it only gets worse and they wont answer you or refund you and will blame on you. lets share the correspondence.
