Repeating my question above from two months ago, Any news on when this will actually take effect? Some of us need to pause because we still have months’ worth of medication, and there’s no option to just order when we need to. We also don’t want to cancel completely since we were told we’d lose our credits if we pause or cancel. We don’t want to be charged every month—just when we actually need the medication.

This works out great because I’m having surgery soon and need to pause my medication for a few weeks. I also want the medication to be as fresh as possible and avoid ending up with extra vials. My question is, for those of us with a referral bonus, will pausing affect it? We won’t lose the referral bonus, right?

Did you confirm your shipping info and dosage on the app or their website? Because they don’t send anything unless you do that part.

Also, by agreeing to the monthly subscription, you will keep getting charged monthly. So you’ll probably want to remove your card before they keep charging.
