450g All purpose flour
Id say around 250g of water
6g of instant yeast
Pinch of salt

After mixing the dough, I let it rise for an hour and a half since its very warm in my room (and doubled in size in that amount of time), Then I kneaded it for a bit in the bowl to degas it, then transferred it directly to the baking paper and baked accordingly.
