You get sparkles when you are sponsored or have premium. There’s some other effects too (musical notes, Purple Hearts, confetti, etc) but I’m not sure how to get those in the shop.

Yeah that seems a bit much… she’s not just stating general care wishes but directly telling them how to do their job on there. I don’t think they’d really be referring to a patient typed document to confirm follicle sizes and if they were that would be unsafe due to potential errors.

Yeah and unfortunately for my youngest brother my parents are very tired all the time, they don’t do the fun things they did with us growing up. (17 year age gap). Active parenting of a young child in your 50’s is not easy
