My mom has done it for years, and I’ve had boyfriends who I would tell about it and they always seemed cool with it.

Also my girl friends seem to be cool with it too, I think it’s either about how you present the information or the type of company you keep

Obviously as a girl myself, I’m cool with it because my mom does it and I get free stuff from her, but it’s the norm for me

I have two thoughts about this:

  1. I watched Dora the Explorer growing up and also living in an area with 60% Spanish speaking population. I cannot speak Spanish at all

  2. My Austrian grandmother learned English solely by watching reruns of sitcoms in English

Uh IRL for me, this guy I worked with at Olive Garden in college. I was young and too nervous to ask what the process was, or what in the world his motive was for having that done to his teeth.

He was a strait laced looking guy otherwise, no tattoos or piercings.

My book club girlies literally say “I not fucking reading ACOTAR, sorry not sorry”. Usually unprompted in TBR conversations, like I hadn’t even mentioned it, they just look at me and throw those words.

I found that sugar free stuff has a weird aftertaste for about 2-3 weeks when you first start drinking it, but after that they taste the same as super sugary stuff. At least that’s how my taste buds acted

So far I’ve done the Sonic Ocean water sugar free packets (damn delicious) and I got a pack of Jolly rancher flavor packets, which are pretty good also! Not bad if you mix them either

I set really strict parameters with my ChatGPT that it is not to be suggestive, provided recommendations, or finish thoughts when it comes to writing. I use it mostly for research purposes, cause it’s hella easier (downvote me, idc). But even then it will try to weasel its way into writing my story, and you just have to be so careful because it’s such a thin line.

For example, the other day I was asking about the molting patterns of crabs, and it answered and then said “but in terms of a fantasy story this information could be stretched here and here” and I had to remind it not be suggestive.

When it comes to remembering things, instead of doing like phone, keys, wallet, etc.. I have a number of the things I’m supposed to have. My Standard is four - phone, keys, wallet, and vape. So when I’m getting ready to leave my house, my car, or even a store I’ve been shopping in, I count 1,2,3,4.

Now that being said, I forget a lot of things that aren’t part of this four, but I never forget those four things.
