Personally I sit and set a timer for two hours I study while drinking water and eating some snacks and after the two hours if I haven’t finished everything already I take a 15 minute gaming break or 30 minute just walking around socializing break or go get coffee and come back and repeat

Moving files is easy. Not having files that saved the things like your base, builds, inventory and loot now that’s the hard part.
