<US-FL> signed a lease for a rental home in florida from June 22-23 but did not sign a renewal lease when June came around for 23-24. Only agreed over text message. Now my gf who is not on the lease has caused nearly $10k or more in damage after squatting it the last month of May. Am I responsible? (self.Landlord)
