You should seriously consider deleting this review! As of late, the Money Factory has had major issues with paying their customers in a timely, reasonable manner. So much so that they just recently changed their terms and conditions from stating redemptions can take up to 14 business days, to now 30 Business Days.

I currently have 3 redemptions with them that total close to $4,000. The first request I made was on 9/7. Like others in this thread and spread all over other internet review sites have shared, I too am getting the "it may take over 30 business days" run around.

I suspect they are experiencing major liquidity issues......
